Professional liability insurance

rp law Rechtsanwalts GmbH has taken out professional indemnity insurance for all its professionals (male and female) in accordance with statutory requirements and with worldwide coverage. The professional indemnity insurance is provided by VHV Allgemeine Versicherung AG, VHV-Platz 1, 30177 Hanover.

The geographical scope of the insurance cover includes activities in the member states of the European Union and thus meets at least the requirements of Section 51 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO), Section 67 of the Tax Advisory Act (StBerG), Sections 51 et seq. of the Ordinance on the Implementation of the Provisions on Tax Advisors, Tax Agents and Tax Advisory Companies (DVStB), Section 54 of the Auditors’ Act (WPO) in conjunction with the Ordinance on Professional Indemnity Insurance for Auditors and Sworn Accountants (WPBHV).
